Product arrived quickly. Great customer service. So friendly. & love the sun loungers- they're perfect!

The planters are great and the right size. The only thing is some of the panels don't line up evenly.

My husband put together the arbor. When he took pieces out of the box and started putting it together he pointed out to me a wooden piece was split in half. I was going to notify the company but instead he added some extra nails to hold the piece together

This purchase was to replace a bench that was shipped broken. Their return policy forces you to package it up and ship back before replacement. This was for a 17' patio bench that was assembled, as well as all the packaging thrown out. I needed the bench the next day and agreed to a partial refund just because I had no other options. So now I spent twice as much on a product that was shipped faulty, and a return policy that SUCKS...

It sucks bought outdoor items and when you assemble them they are tilt

Terrible products and bad customer service. They don't even deserve one star!
I ordered a black glass tv shelf which had a wonky foot, my replacement was even worse - the glass was completely warped so the top wasn't even flat!
THESE PRODUCTS HAVE TO BE SECONDS.
The company didn't even apologise until I said I'd write them a bad review.
Bad products, rude staff. I won't be using VidaXl ever again. Two months down the line and I'm back to where I started - without a TV shelf. A complete waste of time.

The beds are very nice, however, instructions are less than useless. The company needs to provide better instructions

Product is still not together! It is a good product, but instructions leave a lot to be desired. Written words would be nice, not just pictures.

Be careful , assembly instructions are a nightmare. I don’t even think I ll able yo go through it . Parts are not marked. Instruction says assemble part G with J but part are not labeled...
I though I could use the drawing to indentify the part but it do poorly done that you can’t .
It s the same for the hardware ...
It’s really bad to transform a potential good product to a nightmare by designing so badly the instructions. I might have to return that thing .. useless ....

I received the coffee table on time. It was easy to assemble. The problem is that the color and texture were different than those advertised in the photo. This resulted in me buying a bucket of paint, a brush, and I had to repaint the whole table. Plus, I had to buy polyurethane to add an extra layer to finish.
